SMS Privacy Policy

CRM Co-Pilot is an internal scheduling and reminder application used by the pre-planning team at Fairmount Memorial Association in Spokane, Washington. This policy covers its SMS reminder program, "CRM Co-Pilot Reminders."

Information we collect

The names and mobile numbers of the business's own staff members, entered by each staff member personally on the application's login-protected Settings page.

How mobile numbers are used

Solely to send internal task and appointment reminder text messages to those staff members. No marketing messages are sent, and no messages are sent to customers or the public.

No sharing of mobile information

Mobile numbers, consent records, and text messaging originator opt-in data are never sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or any other purpose.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with task activity — typically between 0 and 10 messages per day per recipient.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply, according to your carrier plan.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP at any time to end all messages. Reply HELP, call 509-868-5800, or email spokanefuneralplan@gmail.com for assistance. A staff member may also remove their number on the Settings page at any time.
